Apparel Production Planner

Job OverviewWe are looking for a Production Planning & Procurement Specialist to join our garment manufacturing operations in Obour City.The role will be responsible for production planning, fabric and accessories coordination, supplier follow-up, dyeing follow-up, inventory monitoring, and ensuring smooth production flow across departments.The ideal candidate should have previous experience in garment manufacturing and strong organizational and coordination skills.Responsibilities* Plan fabric, rib, elastic, and accessories requirements based on production needs* Coordinate with suppliers and dye houses* Follow up on dyeing, fabric delivery, and production timelines* Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or delays* Coordinate with cutting, sewing, warehouse, and purchasing departments* Prepare production schedules and material planning reports* Track order progress and ensure timely availability of materials* Reduce production interruptions and material waste* Support management with planning and operational reportingRequirements* 3+ years experience in garment manufacturing or apparel production planning* Strong organizational and follow-up skills* Experience dealing with fabrics, accessories, and suppliers* Good understanding of garment production flow* Proficiency in Excel* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
