About this Position The Application Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of three business-critical enterprise applications with a worldwide footprint spanning the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific time zones. The successful candidate will serve as the single accountable owner across product planning, financial governance, vendor orchestration, compliance, and architecture — ensuring these applications remain secure, performant, and closely aligned with evolving business needs.What You´ll Do Application Portfolio & Product PlanningGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Vendor Management & Commercial OperationsRequirements Orchestration & Stakeholder ManagementKPI Maintenance & Operational MonitoringDocumentation & Architectural UnderstandingProject Management What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in application management, IT service management, or a comparable role within a global enterprise environment. Proven track record managing business-critical applications across multiple time zones. Demonstrable experience with vendor management, contract lifecycle administration, and PO/invoice processes. Experience working within GRC frameworks and responding to security assessment processes (e.g., SIG, ISO 27001, SOC 2). Previous involvement in application upgrade projects or global rollouts is highly desirable. Solid understanding of enterprise application architectures (e.g., multi-tier, etc..). Familiarity with infrastructure standards including cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and hosting concepts. Experience with integration technologies and middleware (APIs, ESB, data pipelines). Working knowledge of ITSM tools and processes (incident, change, problem management). Proficiency with standard productivity and collaboration tools (MS Office 365, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or equivalent). Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and data flow maps. Understanding of enterprise printing architectures and print management platforms. Exposure to task automation tools, scripts. Scripting skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation and operational tasks. Experience with server administration and OS-level management (Windows Server / Linux).Familiarity with warehouse management or supply chain IT systems is a plus.
