We are looking for a proactive and reliable Application Support Specialist to provide onsite support, ensure smooth system operations, and assist users in resolving technical and functional issues efficiently.ResponsibilitiesProvide daily onsite support for business applications.Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents and user issues.Assist users with functional and technical inquiries.Monitor system performance and ensure application availability.Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests.Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue escalation.Support application updates, patches, and minor enhancements.Maintain accurate documentation and support records.Requirements3-4 years of experience in application support or a similar role.Strong understanding of business applications and databases.Ability to troubleshoot both technical and functional issues.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Strong customer service mindset.Ability to work onsite and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
