The Appointment Setter will engage prospects via phone, email, and messaging tools to introduce Upscend’s LMS solutions and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing appointment calendars, following up on inbound and outbound leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with sales and marketing to optimize outreach. The role involves researching potential clients, understanding their training needs, and ensuring a professional and timely communication experience. The successful candidate will consistently meet activity and appointment targets while representing Upscend’s brand and values.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing interest in LMS solutions.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage prospects clearly and professionally.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a focus on positive prospect experiences.Prior experience in the LMS, e-learning, or SaaS industry is highly beneficial.Comfort with CRM systems, outreach tools, and basic productivity software (e.g., email, spreadsheets) is expected.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.Relevant education or training in business, communications, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is valued.
