Applicants will be joining a growing company committed to professional development and service excellence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter Sales Agent role based in Egypt for individuals who are fluent in English. The Appointment Setter Sales Agent will make outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team according to defined criteria and scripts. The role involves engaging prospects professionally, explaining products or services clearly, and capturing accurate information in the CRM or call management systems. The agent will follow up with potential customers, manage calendars and appointment slots, and ensure all scheduled meetings are confirmed and properly documented.
