Manage, motivate, and guide the approval team, ensuring they understand and meet theorganization's approval standards and deadlines.Assign specific approval tasks or cases to team members based on their expertise, ensuring thatwork is evenly distributed and aligned with team capabilities.Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews toencourage development and ensure accountability.Address any obstacles or challenges that the approval team faces, ensuring smooth workflowand resolving any issues in a timely manner.Ensure all documents, projects, and processes requiring approval are reviewed in a timely andaccurate manner according to company guidelines and project regulations.Review approval processes for consistency, accuracy, and compliance with applicable standards,ensuring high-quality outputs that align with organizational goals.Analyze the current approval workflow and implement improvements to streamline processes,reduce bottlenecks, and enhance team efficiency.Identify any risks or discrepancies during the approval process and take proactive steps tomitigate potential issues or delays.Liaise with other departments (e.g., operations, finance, compliance, legal, or medical teams) toensure that the approval process is aligned with broader project goals.Work with department heads and project managers to resolve any discrepancies in approvals orensure that necessary documentation is complete and meets approval criteria.Act as a liaison between the approval team and upper management, providing regular updateson progress, issues, and improvements to the approval process.Regularly report on the status of approvals, team performance, and any challenges to uppermanagement, providing insights into how the team is progressing toward goals.Document the approval procedures, standards, and policies for team reference and to ensureconsistency in the review process.Work with other departments to create and maintain standardized approval workflows anddocumentation templates.Handle escalated issues or cases that require higher-level decision-making, ensuring that difficultsituations are resolved swiftly and in alignment with company policy.Take charge of reviewing and approving complex or sensitive cases that may require deeperanalysis or decision-making beyond the standard approval processes. A recognized medical degree (MD, MBBS, or equivalent).Minimum 3-5 years in an approval-related role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadershipor supervisory position.Proven experience in managing teams and improving workflows.Strong team leadership abilities, with experience motivating, guiding, and developingteams to meet performance goals.Exceptional attention to detail to ensure that approval processes are accurate,consistent, and meet high standards.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to assess complex situations andmake informed decisions.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, anddeadlines simultaneously.Sufficient knowledge at Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
