Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionPlan, launch, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.Continuously monitor campaign performance to adjust targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and funnel structure based on real-time results.2. Funnel Design & OptimizationCollaborate with the content and landing page teams to ensure alignment between paid media traffic and conversion points.Propose and implement A/B testing strategies to boost CTR, lead quality, and donation rates.3. Growth Marketing InitiativesExecute and track growth experiments such as retargeting campaigns, influencer activation, referral campaigns, or lead magnet promotions.Design micro-campaigns focused on donor segmentation, upselling recurring donations, or acquiring volunteers.4. Budgeting & ReportingAssist in allocating and forecasting digital ad budgets by campaign objective and platform.Prepare weekly and monthly reports showcasing spend breakdowns, results, and insights with actionable recommendations.5. Tool Mastery & Trend AnalysisUtilize digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hotjar, or CRM dashboards for data interpretation and campaign steering.Stay up to date on digital media trends, platform changes, algorithm updates, and audience behavior shifts to maintain competitive advantage.6. Collaboration & IntegrationWork closely with content creators, graphic designers, and fundraising team members to align messaging and audience priorities.Coordinate with web developers or technical staff to ensure tracking tools (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager) are functioning properly. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or Growth Marketing.
