The firm partners with a range of public and private clients, offering opportunities to contribute to impactful projects.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Architect will support the full project lifecycle, from concept development and schematic design through detailed design, documentation, and coordination with engineering disciplines. Daily responsibilities include preparing architectural drawings and 3D models, developing design alternatives, and ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client standards. The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and consultants to integrate architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other systems. The Architect will participate in client and internal meetings, respond to design feedback, support site coordination and review, and assist in preparing presentations, reports, and technical documentation. The position also requires regular coordination with contractors and stakeholders to address design queries and maintain design intent during execution.QualificationsStrong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, façade design, and technical detailing.Experience with Integration of architectural solutions with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering systems.Project Management skills related to planning design tasks, meeting deadlines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting budget and scope control.Proficiency in relevant architectural software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with digital collaboration workflows.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards applicable to projects in Qesm 1st New Cairo and the wider region.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.Ability to produce clear drawings, specifications, and design documentation, with strong attention to detail and quality.Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and interact professionally with clients and contractors.Previous experience in an architectural or engineering consulting firm is preferred; experience on-site or with construction administration is an advantage.
