Role OverviewWe are seeking a disciplined and professional Senior SDR to manage inbound real estate leads for residential builders and real estate operators.This role is responsible for engaging new inquiries quickly, qualifying prospects, nurturing conversations, and booking high-quality appointments for our clients' sales teams.You will work inside structured CRM systems with automation and AI support, ensuring no lead goes cold and every opportunity is properly qualified.Compensation: $4 per hour + commission tied to appointments booked and show rates.This is not a call center position.This is a performance-based sales support role.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound leads immediately via phone, SMS, and emailQualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, timeline, intent, location, etc.)Book qualified appointments into client calendarsMaintain accurate CRM records and pipeline stagesFollow structured follow-up sequencesRe-engage aged or unresponsive leadsConfirm appointments to improve show ratesReport daily activity and KPIsPerformance MetricsSpeed to lead responseContact rateQualification rateAppointments bookedShow rateCRM accuracyIdeal CandidateClear, professional English communicationNeutral accent (preferred)Confident on the phoneStrong objection-handling skillsOrganized and disciplinedComfortable working with CRM systemsSales Or Real Estate Experience PreferredSelf-managed and performance-driven.
