🚨 We’re Hiring | Architect – Technical Office📍 Location: Sheikh Zayed – Head Office🕒 Experience Required: 5–7 YearsWe are looking for a skilled Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our team.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Prepare & review architectural shop drawings and construction details• Review tender documents, BOQ, drawings, and specifications• Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and technical departments• Prepare technical submittals, material submittals, and RFIs• Review design drawings and resolve clashes/discreancies• Follow up on variations, claims, and as-built drawings• Support planning, cost control, and technical reporting✅ Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering• 5–7 years of experience in construction companies• Strong Technical Office background• Excellent knowledge of shop drawings, BOQ, and quantity surveying• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and related software• Strong communication & coordination skills
