A leading international design-build and turnkey solutions provider, specializing in modular interior environments, is expanding its estimation team to support a growing pipeline of hospitality, healthcare, corporate, commercial, and institutional projects across the GCC and Saudi Arabia. The role is based within a dedicated back-office operation in Egypt, supporting regional delivery hubs.📍 Location: Katameya, New CairoKey Responsibilities:*Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to define project scope and cost exposure.*Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and fit out works, including finishes, joinery, specialist materials, labor, subcontractors, and equipment.*Compile compliant and competitive tender submissions within defined deadlines.*Source, analyze, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for fit-out and hospitality works.*Support negotiations, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises.*Coordinate with project managers, design, procurement, and commercial teams during the tender lifecycle.*Manage tender clarifications and revisions with clients and consultants.*Capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement of estimating practices.Requirements*Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.*2–4 years of experience in architectural estimation within fit-out, corporate, or hospitality projects.*Exposure to high-end interior works, architectural finishes, joinery, and premium materials.*Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost analysis.*Proficiency in estimation tools and MS Office, with strong Excel skills.*Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tenders.*Excellent English communication skills.
