ResponsibilitiesDevelop concepts and design ideas for interior projects.Prepare detailed shop drawings for interior design and decoration.Select suitable materials, colors, and design elements.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and material lists for finishing and interior works.Produce high-quality, realistic 3D renderings.Coordinate with execution teams and other disciplines to ensure accurate design implementation.Technical RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in 3ds Max or Revit.Strong experience with Corona Renderer or V-Ray.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Proficiency in Photoshop.
