Senior Architectural Tendering EngineerLocation: New Cairo – Waterway Company: FBS – Saudi CompanyJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Tendering Engineer with strong Fit-Out experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in architectural tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation, technical review, and coordination with suppliers/subcontractors for interior fit-out projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage tender documentation, BOQs, cost estimations, and technical proposals.Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and technical compliance.Analyze project scope and identify risks, missing items, and cost-saving opportunities.Prepare comparison sheets and recommendation reports.Support project teams during pre-award and post-award stages.Ensure all tender submissions are completed within deadlines and company standards.Participate in value engineering and technical clarification processes.Coordinate with procurement, design, and project management teams.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architecture.Minimum 3 years of experience in Architectural Fit-Out Tendering.Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, estimation, and technical review.Excellent understanding of interior fit-out materials and specifications.Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and tendering documentation.Strong communication and coordination skills.Experience in KSA projects is a strong advantage.IMPORTANTApply ONLY if:✔ You are an Architect by qualification ✔ You have hands-on Architectural Fit-Out Tendering experience ❌ MEP profiles will not be considered
