The Senior Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil and gas sector, manage key accounts, and achieve sales targets for industrial maintenance products and solutions. Responsibilities include conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers. The role involves regular field visits, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and coordinating with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. The Senior Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and sales strategies.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering ( Lubrications ) or a similar technical sales role.- Experience in the specific industry (e.g., oil and gas, manufacturing and lubrication field) is highly preferred.- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving.- Results-driven with strong business acumen.- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and learn new technologies quickly.- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
