Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role, based in New Cairo, for an Architecture Design Team Leader specializing in hospitality projects. The role involves managing and leading a design team to deliver high-quality architectural projects. Responsibilities include overseeing design processes, managing milestones, mentoring team members, coordinating with clients, ensuring alignment with project objectives, and adhering to timelines and budgets. The Architecture Design Team Leader will also play a pivotal role in quality assurance and the continual improvement of design outcomes. QualificationsStrong skills in Team Leadership and Team Management to effectively guide and inspire diverse team members.Proficiency in Project Management practices including planning, coordination, and deadline adherence.Expertise in Product Design and architectural innovation, particularly within the hospitality sector.Exceptional Communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.Proven experience in leading large-scale hospitality design projects is highly desirable.Proficiency with architectural design tools and software is a plus.
