With a strong commitment to professionalism and market knowledge, the company strives to create a distinctive, value-driven experience for buyers, sellers, and investors.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Qesm 1st El Mansoura. The Real Estate Broker will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting new clients, conducting property viewings, and handling negotiations between buyers, sellers, and investors. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, advising clients on pricing and investment opportunities, and preparing necessary documents and agreements in line with company policies and regulations. The role also involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate property listings and smooth transaction processes. The broker is expected to meet sales targets, maintain detailed records of leads and deals, and represent Easy Way professionally in all client interactions.QualificationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions.Proven Brokerage and Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing.Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused and solution-oriented mindset.Ability to work on-site in Qesm 1st El Mansoura and manage local market relationships.Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written formats.Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple clients and listings.Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads, listings, and contracts.Previous experience as a real estate broker or agent is highly preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage, according to local regulations.
