Prepare and review detailed architectural shop drawings in accordance with project design and specifications.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure drawing integration.Conduct quantity surveying and prepare BOQs based on IFC and shop drawings.Assist in material take-offs and cost estimation activities.Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify potential issues or discrepancies.Support site engineers with technical clarification and issue resolution.Ensure all drawings and documents are properly controlled and submitted in compliance with project standards.Participate in technical meetings and follow up on design modifications or updates.Maintain drawing logs and update drawing registers accordingly. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.5–9 years of experience in a technical office role.(Shop Drawing & Quantity Surveying)Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off tools.Strong understanding of construction drawings, architectural detailing, and project coordination.Experience in large-scale projects is a plus.Good command of English (written and spoken).
