Architecture Procurement Engineer

Job SummaryTravco Group is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Architecture Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement process for architectural materials, finishes, and specialized items required for hospitality and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, supplier negotiation skills, and experience in hotel/resort developments or hospitality-related projects.Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement of architectural materials, finishes, FF&E-related items, and project requirements in line with company standards and project timelines.Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements to identify procurement needs.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure the best quality, price, and delivery terms. Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and recommend suppliers based on technical and commercial evaluation.Coordinate with design, engineering, project management, and site teams to ensure timely material approvals and deliveries. Follow up on purchase orders, shipments, and supplier commitments to avoid delays.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements.Maintain updated records of suppliers, contracts, purchase orders, and procurement reports.Identify alternative materials and value engineering opportunities without compromising design intent or quality.Monitor market trends, new materials, and supplier performance.Requirements:· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.· Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement within construction or real estate sectors.· Hospitality projects experience is highly preferred (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, etc.).· Strong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, joinery, and interior fit-out items.· Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
