Search and develop a pool of qualified leads (cold calling) in designated area, and work on transferring them through the sales process into prospects and customers. Follow up on the Company's system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately maintained.Continuously keep the sales pipeline full of deals at various types and stages, including fresh/new (qualified) leads/introductions, mid and late-stage sales life cycle targets with a wide variety of account types, company sizes, diversified industries, transactional vs. strategic business and services offered in designated area. Plan quarterly pipeline for area, and direct and coach subordinate(s) in sales activities whilst monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly target achievement in designated areaCustomize deal terms including pricing to fit customer needs, safeguard company interests (e.g., in the provision of credit terms) and ensure profitability of closed deals in designated areasMonitor execution of deals by operations in order to pinpoint and report current and potential problems and areas of weakness and coordinate effectively with them to reach effective win-win solutions for customers Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with sales performance through the provision of proactive and effective sales support in designated area. Monitor customer demands for services and competitive activity in designated area, report findings to sales manager and suggest new sales strategies and service offerings accordingly Minimum 4- 7 years of experience as a Sales professional in Freight or Logistics Industry is a must.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Very good command of English Language.Very good Computer skills.High level of accuracy and attention to details.Outgoing, customers- oriented and initiative personality.Ability to deliver excellent customer service and promote company services through upselling and cross-sellingExperience with CRM software (specifically Salesforce) is preferableExceptional communication, negotiation/ persuasion and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership abilitiesStrong business acumen with a strategic orientationExcellent problem-solving abilities
