We need a proactive business developer who can identify opportunities, establish long-term partnerships, negotiate successfully, and help expand UMSCO’s customer base in two of the world’s largest flax markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities across China and India.Build relationships with flax spinning mills, importers, distributors, and traders.Present and promote UMSCO’s flax products professionally.Negotiate commercial terms and close export deals.Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Work closely with our export team to support customers throughout the sales process.Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.Requirements3+ years of experience in B2B sales, international trading, or export sales.Experience in flax, textile raw materials, agricultural commodities, or related industries is highly preferred.Strong network of flax mills, importers, textile manufacturers, or commodity traders in China and/or India.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and results-driven.Fluent in English.
