The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, identify new market opportunities, build and maintain key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends to enhance business performance. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services is also a core part of the role.QualificationsProven experience in sales management, preferably in the cement or construction materials industryStrong skills in Sales Planning, Client Relationship Management, and Market AnalysisExcellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skillsProficiency in market research and data analysis to identify opportunities and trendsAbility to set and achieve sales targets and manage budgets effectivelyFamiliarity with local markets and industry regulations in EgyptBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; a Master’s degree is advantageousFluency in Arabic and English is required
