We’re seeking motivated & autonomous Product Managers to help us build a world-class product.Job Description:As a Product Manager at our tech startup, you will be responsible for driving the success of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. This role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skillsWhat you will be doing:Tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as you pertain to the productAssessing the business objectives and customer problemsDriving the roadmap prioritization based on the results impact and cost, conceptual thinking, and execution of new and existing productsWorking hand in hand with stakeholders to ensure that the objectives align with their pain points. Deep diving into the problem discovery and research in the field with real customers. Writing well-crafted EPICs and user stories to define the problem, goal, solution, and success metricsCollaborating with the product design team to help them innovate a solution for the problemConducting user interviews to hit the pain points firsthand and validating design solution prototypes before developing themCollaborating with the engineering team to think about the problem and how you will tackle the solution, then hand off the EPIC and user stories in an executable storytelling formatPreparing the sprint deliverables at the beginning of each sprintWorking and communicating closely with business stakeholders and non-technical teams to align their feedback pain points and priorities with your strategy and roadmapOverseeing product performance metrics and taking actions needed to enhance itHelping everyone see the bigger picture & solving holistic problemsGuiding, leading, and inspiring the assigned team to maximize their outcome and ensure alignmentJob Requirements: 1+ year of building technology-powered productsEmpathetic and good listenerExcellent communication skillsExperience in developing customer-focused products in an agile environment, prioritizing roadmaps, and working with a dedicated team of designers and engineersDemonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product deliveryExperienced in user research and user-centric product developmentStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job doneAutonomous and results-orientedRelentless in the pursuit of excellence, going above and beyond to understand challenges and tackle them at sourceHunger to learn and develop their knowledge and skill setEnjoys getting deep into the data. Experience working with SQL, building simple Excel models, and working with and building new dashboards is highly desirableExperience in running A/B and multivariate tests, using data to drive decision-making, and being willing to question your assumptionsExperience in multi-platform development (iOS, Android, and Web)We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
