Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About the Role:The Senior Fleet Coordinator - Box is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily fleet operations to ensure smooth deliveries and operational efficiency. The role focuses on acting as a key point of contact between field offices, drivers, and internal teams, handling operational requests, attendance and performance follow-ups, and resolving day-to-day fleet issues. The Senior Fleet Coordinator also supports billing and driver wallet matters, maintains accurate fleet records, and works closely with the Supervisor to implement fleet policies and improve operational processes.Job Code : Incremental 202646082-080Job Responsibilities:Support and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations to ensure smooth delivery and operational efficiencyAssist users with fleet-related requests, documentation, and operational processesFollow up with field offices and in-house drivers/couriers to resolve attendance, performance, or operational issuesHandle issues related to driver wallets and small-scale billing matters, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies or queriesCoordinate with Supervisor to implement fleet policies and operational improvementsMaintain accurate records and documentation for fleet operations, driver attendance, issue tracking, and billing supportQualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in fleet operations or coordinationKnowledge of fleet management processes, driver operations, and field coordinationStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
