Assists Category Manager in developing and implementing brand(s) strategy and plans on an ongoing basis Helps in delivering brand(s) business objectives in terms of market share, sales volume, brand revenue and profit growth Monitors and tracks brands performance to identify risks and opportunities Coordinate with external marketing and creative agencies to ensure project deliverables Executes campaigns and marketing activities Conducts market visits to check new products in the market, competitors’ actions, evaluate distribution and availability, etc. Analyses sales figures, providing presentations/reports with detailed findings and recommended actions Analyses of retail audits and works on detailed presentations/reports showing market size, market shares, distribution, etc. analysis Implements, reviews and evaluates the brand plan in line with the brand strategy, covering brand communication, promotions, consumer insight, pricing strategy and product development Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 - 3 years of experience preferably in FMCG Excellent Communication Skills Ability to communicate effectively. A high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast environment.
