Duties & Responsibilities:This role will lead the A&M Procurement agenda for MENAPAK region and is responsible for management of Agency Roster and optimization on A&M Procurement initiatives, particularly in the area of agency fees, ad production and media, sector and BU level.Partner with EMEA and Global Capability leads (Media, Creative, Shopper, etc.) to ensure adoption of best practices, harmonization of procurement standards and cross‑market alignment. Serve as local connector translating global frameworks into actionable market-level execution.Set up new ways of working & establish A&M Procurement policies framework for marketing consistently with Global and EMEA alignment.Ensure consistent implementation of the regionally aligned P2P policies and sourcing procedures across all MENAPAK markets, acting as governance lead and escalation point for compliance topics.Align collaboration frameworks and ways of working with local brand teams, media teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency and speed of decision making in MENAPAK markets.Lead and develop the local team of A&M Procurement buyers across MENAPAK, including setting priorities, coaching, performance management and ensuring strong capability building.Oversee and support the team in conducting complex and high‑stakes negotiations with agency partners, ensuring strategic alignment and maximum value creation.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in any disciple.8+ years of experience in marketing (or related) procurement at FMCG in the market and or in a mainline creative, media, production or digital agency in the marketSolid experience with agency negotiations either at the agency end or at a marketer in MENAPAK region is mandatoryStrong understanding of local market dynamics, agency ecosystem and regulatory nuances within MENAPAK region.Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with local marketing, media and commercial stakeholders at multiple seniority levels.Experience in leading and developing distributed teams across diverse markets.Demonstrated capability in managing complex negotiations within multicultural environments.Experience using best-in-class sourcing strategies for marketing spends specifically supplier evaluation, selection, performance reporting, contract negotiations, price inflation management & savings metrics is preferredGood communication skills and proficiency in EnglishLeadership mindset — ability to motivate, guide and develop a regional team of procurement buyers while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Strong stakeholder management — ability to influence and align senior leaders, brand teams and agency partners across different MENAPAK markets.Cultural intelligence — deep understanding of local business behaviors and cultural nuances enabling effective communication and collaboration across MENA countries.Highly collaborative – works well with others, including Marketing services teams, internal marketing stakeholders and external suppliers, to deliver resultsHighly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlinesFamiliarity with the agency-marketer landscapeHigh integrity – won’t compromise on values to get resultsAnalytical – ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to find actionable solutions
