Code JS also supports learners in building strong GitHub portfolios, optimizing LinkedIn profiles, crafting professional CVs, and preparing for real job interviews. The environment is practical, supportive, and focused on employability in the tech industry.Role Description The Assistant at Code JS is a full-time, on-site role based in El Minya. This role supports daily training operations, including organizing sessions, preparing learning materials, and assisting instructors during classes and workshops. The Assistant will help learners with basic technical questions, track attendance and progress, and coordinate logistics such as schedules, room setup, and communication with participants. The role also includes maintaining digital records, updating internal platforms, and supporting events like mock interviews and portfolio review sessions. The Assistant collaborates closely with the training and admin teams to ensure a smooth, learner-centric experience.Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle schedules, documentation, and multiple parallel tasks.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support learners, instructors, and team members professionally.Basic familiarity with programming concepts or web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, with willingness to learn more.Comfort using digital tools such as office productivity software, online communication platforms, and learning management systems.Attention to detail in managing records, preparing materials, and following up on learner progress.Ability to work on-site in El Minya, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and maintain a supportive, inclusive attitude toward all learners.Previous experience in education, training support, administration, or customer service is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a related field such as education, business, IT, or similar is preferred.
