Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities – Assistant Construction Manager Daily Site Operations: Oversee daily construction activities, site inspections, and logistics coordination. Contractor Supervision: Support monitoring contractor performance, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures and coordinate inspections with supervision consultants. Documentation: Maintain site records, daily reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence. Progress Monitoring: Track project schedule and milestones; highlight risks and propose recovery actions. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between contractors, consultants, and client representatives. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety.
