If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our teamKey Result Areas – Assistant Brand ManagerSupport the implementation of the HR strategy to enhance organizational capability, employee performance, and engagement across assigned functions.Assist in the execution of HR operational plans and initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and align with business objectives.Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely implementation.Coordinate with Shared Services (SS) and Internal Audit on disciplinary investigations and employee relations matters, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual workforce plan by tracking manpower requirements, recruitment progress, and monthly and quarterly headcount reports.Assist in driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, collect onboarding feedback from new hires, and recommend improvements to enhance the employee experience.Coordinate and support the recruitment and selection process for operational positions (e.g., SSV, ARM, and RGM), ensuring timely hiring and deployment based on operational requirements and TPLH targets.Support managers in aligning employee KPIs with departmental objectives and business priorities.Coordinate the execution of the Mid-Year Review, Year-End Review, and Organizational People Review (OPR) processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.Monitor and analyze monthly TPLH performance by restaurant, Operations Manager area, and overall market, and prepare reports highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.Track and analyze employee turnover across restaurants and Operations Manager areas, providing insights and recommendations to support retention initiatives.Coordinate the implementation of Recognition & Rewards (R&R) activities and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring effective communication and execution of the annual calendar.Organize employee roundtable discussions, support engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and assist in implementing action plans to improve employee engagement and the workplace environment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.HR certification or diploma is an advantage.Experience4–5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a multi-site or retail/F&B environment.Experience supporting recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.Job-Specific SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, and selection processes.Understanding of performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning.Basic knowledge of employment law and HR policies.Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
