If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.Key Responsibility:Reviewing Forms 1 and ensure their presence in the files of new hired employees.Reviewing Forms 6 and ensure their presence in the files of the separated employees after their EOS process.Reviewing the notices of interrupted employees and ensure their presence.Delivering Social Insurance Form 2 on yearly basis according to the submission plan of all SI offices in the targeted dates.Submitting form 1 & 6 for both kinds (resignation – interruption) withing the agreed period to close the SI coverage.Tracking the registration of form 6 in the SI office to ensure completed SI transactionMaintain accurate database for all SI data, transactions.Validate the recorded INS Data in the payroll records on monthly basis. Preparing the needed reports to be delivered to the SI inspections to fulfill their requirements.Responding to employees’ inquiries, requests and handling employees’ complaints related to social insurance.Maintain a full documentation of the process of employees injuries or Death with the compliance of the social insurance law and company procedures.Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in filling and dealing with the Labor offices.
