Job Purpose:- Supporting the Employee Experience Manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve the employee experience- Responsible for onboarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation.- Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to embed a culture of employee-centricity and operational excellence.- Responsible for recording and maintaining data on the system and all HR OPS.- Responsible for initiatives to improve employee engagement, onboarding, and off-boarding processes aligned with organizational culture and business goals.
