With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forwardMonitor, evaluate, and report analytical results of products, including alerting out-of-compliance resultsAssist in administering the Company's Quality Program in Accordance With Customer and company requirementsReview and develop Process QA & FSMS proceduresRegular review of supplier performance as per the company’s Vendor Management SystemQuality Control of all during receiving, inventory checks, and outboundAssist in troubleshooting product discrepanciesConduct environmental analysis, i.e. warehouse storage temperatureConduct analysis of sanitation chemicals, i.e. analysis of 100 ppm solutionParticipate in the goods hold/release systemConduct tasks in accordance with Good Warehousing PracticesAssist in customer complaint resolution and communicationAssist in the compliance with all appropriate third-party audits, such as Client and HACCPCreate & Maintain Received and Dispatched documents, including archival storage & organization, master document storage, and certificates of analysisRespond to all Root Cause and Corrective Action requests directed to the Dubai FF&V warehousePerform other duties as requiredCarry out cold chain facility audits for all logistics hubs and vehiclesMaintain compliance of all Food Safety-related statutory requirements, i.e., HACCP/FSMS certification, Vehicle permits, Hub licensing and trainingAddress concerns/ non-conformities raised by the Food departmentCarry out Basic Food hygiene, GMP and essential FSQ technical trainings for both Fulfillment and logistics staffWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science or a similar roleMinimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldHACCP certification Level3ISO 22000 certificationExcellent communication skills with the ability to present information and respond to questions from customers, managers or the general publicsStrong organizational skills, including attention to detail, time management and prioritization to achieve resultsStrong computer skillsAbility to react quickly to changing requirementsLaboratory AnalysisAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work mattersYou need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for actionWe need people with the courage to be fiercely originalnoon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.
