Assistant Manager- Sales Origination, Treasury & Capital Markets

Job PurposeTo support the Treasury & Global Markets Sales function through client servicing, transaction coordination and operational support, ensuring efficient execution and accurate documentation of transactions.Key Results AreasSupport day-to-day client interaction and follow-ups.Assist in preparation of pricing sheets, proposals and client communication.Coordinate deal execution with Trading, Operations and Compliance.Ensure accurate deal booking and documentation.Maintain client records, pipeline tracking and reporting.Support onboarding processes and documentation requirements.Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements.Knowledge, Skills and Experience2–5 years experience in banking, financial services or Treasury support functions.Good understanding of FX products and financial markets is preferred.Familiarity with transaction processes, documentation standards and client servicing requirements.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Good coordination skills across front office, operations and compliance teams.Effective communication skills and ability to support client-facing activities.
