Job Purpose:- Mashreq Global Network (MGN), the Bank’s distributed operations platform across India, Pakistan, and Egypt, underpins Mashreq’s global service delivery strategy. This role is positioned within the MGN Egypt Central Management Office and is responsible for driving the strategic program agenda, ensuring effective governance across initiatives, and embedding cross-functional collaboration with a particular focus on program outcomes and employee engagement initiatives.- Responsible for working with multiple stakeholders and take the projects to successful completion following appropriate project management tools & processes and communication to stakeholders.Key Result Areas:- Project Management- Lead internal & external resources to manage the project the program, identify the goals of the project, and execute the completion of those goals.- Organizing projects and activities in accordance with the MBOs and Book of Work for the MGN Egypt.- Responsible for the ongoing management of the projects; identifying and managing changes, tracking and monitoring internal and external projects KPIs, developing plans that drive excellence in execution, ensuring continual project success, identifying challenges and opportunities for improvement towards growth of the project.- Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status.- Projects Leadership and Governance- Ensure alignment of key projects to MGN Egypt strategic roadmap, reporting progress, risks, and benefits to senior leadership.- Support Head of MGN Egypt in delivering on strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs and outcomes.- Maintain central project documentation repository, define program KPIs/SLAs, and track governance forum actions.- Reporting and Communication- Create and manage dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews and governance meetings.- Design high-quality presentations and visual content to support internal and external communications.- Evaluate and enhance tools and templates to streamline workflows and improve governance visibility.Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships- Operates in a highly matrixed, cross-geography environment requiring collaboration with MGN Country Heads, Central Management, and Divisional Control Teams.- Requires strategic foresight and tactical agility to balance structured governance with execution flexibility.Problem Solving & Ownership- Good analytical and problem- solving skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and superior response & turnaround times assigned- Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and enhancing the impact of strategic programs.- Taking complete responsibility of the tasks/projects assigned and proactively report back status and roadblocks hindering closure, etc.Communication & Stakeholder Interactions- Good communication verbal and written skills and ability to work with stakeholders and taking decisions appropriatelyKnowledge, Skills and Experience- University Degree related to Business Administration, Operations, project management or similar- 6 to 8 years’ total experience including at least 5 years in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.- Understanding of Project Management function, documentation standards, Project Lifecycle, etc. would be an advantage- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – specifically Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Strong knowledge around efficient use of project tools e.g. MS Project, excel based project trackers, templates- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.- Pragmatic and action oriented
