Raw Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming animal-origin raw materials (meat, poultry, or dairy) to ensure freshness and compliance with specifications.Production Monitoring: Supervise production lines to ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Quality Control: Perform routine checks on temperature, pH levels, and sensory attributes (smell, color, texture) of products during various stages of processing.Safety Standards: Assist in implementing and maintaining Food Safety Management Systems, including HACCP and ISO 22000.Reporting: Prepare daily reports regarding food safety violations, quality findings, and corrective actions taken.Hygiene Oversight: Monitor the personal hygiene of plant personnel and the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment.Sampling: Collect samples for laboratory analysis and interpret microbiological or chemical test results.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine (Required).Experience: 0 - 1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Skills: Basic knowledge of Food Safety standards (HACCP/ISO) is a plus.Personal Attributes: High level of integrity, strong observational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.Communication: Good command of English and Arabic.
