Provide technical support and assistance to users regarding hardware, software, and network issues.Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment.Assist users with software applications and system access issues.Monitor and maintain IT systems performance.Create and manage user accounts and permissions.Support and troubleshoot ERP system issues and assist users with daily operations.Install, configure, monitor, and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems.Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.Escalate complex technical issues when required.Ensure excellent customer service and user satisfaction. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Help Desk or Technical Support.Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
