Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Assistant Restaurant Manager role is based at Bar Du Port in North Coast. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, supervising food and beverage service, supporting hiring processes, and implementing strategies to continually improve guest experiences. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also contribute to upholding the brand's values of excellence, innovation, and customer-first service. QualificationsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.Strong communication skills and ability to lead, manage, and motivate staff effectively.Experience in hiring, training, and staff development to maintain a high-performing team.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu management and quality assurance.Experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality settings is preferred.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
