If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our teamKey Responsibilities:Ensure the deployment of employees in the brands as per the annual the labor budget and needs together with the HR Director, operation team and the brand HR - Blue-Collar.Recruiting all blue-collar manpower necessary to achieve or exceed the company goals, as evidenced by completing and timely submitting a written monthly report indicating monthly work activities, recruitment attempts and outcomes.Prepare all the job offers for newly hired workforce within the organization.Update and monitor the system database to ensure all related transactions and services are in the system and current; teaches others how to utilize system database.Provide periodic Staffing Reports to talent acquisition manager, Brand HR, and the brand operation manager.Responsible for the effectiveness of new hires orientation, induction, and integration.Analyze turnover, exit interviews, and consult with the brand operations/Functions manager and the HR director for corrective measures.Monitor the efficiency of the Recruitment agencies in terms of new hires quality, speed of the process and provide periodic feedback and recommendations.Experience: 4-6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the same industry.Operations/Restaurant Management experience is an advantageQualification: University Degree in Business Management, or equivalentMaster’s degree, HR diploma is a plus
