Role Description We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Sales Representative for our on-site location in Qesm Heliopolis. In this role, you will actively engage with clients to understand their property needs and assist them in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Responsibilities include managing property listings, conducting market analysis, organizing property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales process. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining positive client relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property transactions, and holding a valid Real Estate License.Strong Sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively.Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional experiences and build long-lasting relationships with clients.Familiarity with the local Qesm Heliopolis real estate market is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
