About the opportunityAs an Associate Campaigns, you will play a key role in driving instashop’s performance through special campaigns and promotions in collaboration with our partner shops. You will strategize, develop, and execute campaigns, ensuring they align with instashop’s growth objectives and deliver maximum ROI. This role requires a strong analytical approach to optimize and monitor campaign performance, utilizing insights and data to refine strategies and achieve impactful results.Ensuring parity in deals, promotions, and discounts across partner stores and the instashop platformWorking closely with partner shops to identify ongoing discounts and promotional campaigns while gathering insights for new strategiesPreparing detailed campaign plans, maintaining comprehensive records, and creating post-campaign reports with actionable recommendationsManaging the campaigns dashboard and ensuring all campaigns are executed in a timely mannerDeveloping and maintaining a structured campaign calendar to ensure timely planning, execution, and follow-upAligning campaign plans with Account Managers and Marketing teams to ensure synergy with the overall marketing calendarWhat you need to be successfulBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentationsStrong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-makingPrior experience in campaign management or business development is a plusSolid understanding of commercial principles and market trendsFluency in English both verbal and writtenBasic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar design software is a plusWho we areinstashop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt .
