The role holder is also responsible for participating in employee relations, training and recruitment when required by the function.ROLE PROFILEProvide general administrative support including preparation of correspondence, reports, and HR documentation.Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters such as medicals, insurance, visas, company assets, and transfers.Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.Assist in the coordination and implementation of training and development initiatives.Support the performance management process, including appraisal coordination and documentation.Assist with recruitment activities when required.Facilitate onboarding processes when required.Report any incidents that might interfere with the operations of the companyRequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources management2+ years' experience with Human Resources in Retail or HospitalityExcellent communication skills verbally and in writingThe ability to operate under pressureHighly organized with strong multitasking skillsHigh attention to detailWhat We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
