JOB TITLEAssociate Manager - Listing | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate EgyptROLE SUMMARYThe Associate Manager Listing contributes to the enhancement of the marketplace catalogue and provides essential support to Marketplace sellers. This role involves working collaboratively within the Marketplace team to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of listings while assisting sellers in navigating the platform effectively. The role holder plays an important role in maintaining a high standard of product listings and optimizing the overall customer experience on the marketplace.ROLE PROFILEOrganize the category tree by identifying category levels and nodes.Supervise templates by identifying mandatory attributes, values, and optional fields.Develop content guidelines and structure.Collaborate with the Marketplace team to enhance the quality and completeness of product listings.Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including descriptions, images, and specifications.Conduct regular audits of listings to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.Assist sellers in creating and optimizing product listings on the marketplace platform.Ensure adherence to listing guidelines and standards, including pricing, categorization, and tagging.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Language Studies, Translation, Digital Media, Business, Journalism, Multimedia or any relevant field.3+ years working experience, in content creation, content moderation, catalogue enhancement or A+ content creation.Preferably 3+ years of Retail/Ecommerce experience or closely related industry .Strong self-motivation, and capacity to “learn on the fly” new tasks, adjust and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.Excellent and effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to SLA, quality & productivity.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
