JOB TITLEAssociate Manager - Onsite / E-Commerce | MAF Retail | Retail Corporate EgyptROLE SUMMARYThe Associate Manager - Onsite would be responsible for improving user experience and ease of navigation on Home Page, Category and Campaign Landing Pages. The role holder will also be responsible for working with their own Country and / or Market to implement sale campaigns and Majid Al Futtaim Retail offers while working on data to optimize the platform experience and conversion rate.ROLE PROFILEProven experience optimizing homepage performance, including banner CTR, conversion rates, and product carousels.Strong ability to plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly onsite sale campaigns in collaboration with market merchandising teams.Expertise in improving product discoverability, navigation, and overall onsite user experience across home and landing pages.Hands‑on experience with product boosting strategies using sales data, impressions, seasonality, offers, and conversion metrics.Strong analytical capability to track, analyze, and optimize onsite KPIs such as GMV, orders, CTR, CTT, and conversion rate.Experience preparing and presenting regular performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for senior stakeholders.Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, Merchandising, CRM, Performance Marketing, and SEO teams.Commitment to professional development and adherence to corporate human capital policies and processes.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.3–4 years of experience in a related role within an e‑commerce organization.Comfortable working with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau (SQL knowledge is a plus).Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with strong reporting and presentation skills.Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and strong in problem‑solving and time management.Strong communication skills with a creative mindset, content writing ability, and a collaborative team‑player attitude.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
