JOB TITLEAssociate Manager Quality and Hygiene | MAF Retail | Hyper Market ROLE SUMMARYThe Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.ROLE PROFILESupport the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements.Implement the internal quality and hygiene procedures.Maintain all documents related to hygiene procedures to ensure quality .Research and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulations.Implement the hygiene and food safety awareness/climate in the stores to ensure highest quality. Monitor and report on food storage complies with the required health and safety standards .Monitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedurs. Implement training for all food and waste handling staff.
