You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates.You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our mainline signaling systems by performing warranty and maintenance daily activities (preventive and corrective) at Cairo Metro. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain), interface with clients to respond to corrective maintenance requests, record all failure incidents and report on a weekly basis, and manage the repair of defective system parts through Alstom's standard repair process, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing the repair process of defective system parts but also addressing emergency failures to ensure minimal disruption to operations.We’ll look to you for:All About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.
