Core Responsibilities: -Work closely with service desk teams to address any escalated ATM issues.-Communicate effectively with the communication team and other stake holders to fix the connectivity ATMs issues.-Do all required configuration for any offsite ATM network hardware and verify with the concerned teams the best two coverage operators to configured.-Proactively monitor ATM network to promptly identify and resolve any ATM connectivity and performance issues.-Analyse and interpret ATM network events, alarms and log files.-Perform regular checks on ATM network hardware and software to ensure all the configuration are consistent and all security measures are in place.-Perform ATMs network hardware maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations-Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
