Support testing activities (UAT), including transaction validation, screen/state flow verification, and issue reporting. Troubleshoot ATM and switching issues, analyze root causes, and support timely resolution. Assist in monitoring ATM performance and transaction behavior to ensure service stability. Work closely with IT, Operations, UAT, and Project teams to ensure smooth implementation and support activities. Support the execution of daily operational tasks (BAU) and ensure proper tracking and closure. Follow standard procedures, templates, and documentation practices for all configurations and activities. Escalate complex issues to senior team members when required. Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and training sessions to build technical knowledge and skills. Maintain proper documentation of activities, issues, and solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Very good command of English (written and spoken).0–2 years of experience, preferably in cards, payments, or ATM environments.Basic understanding of ATM transaction flows and banking systems is a plus.Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.Basic knowledge of ATM setup and configuration concepts.Familiarity with transaction flows and testing activities.Basic understanding of Oracle / SQL or data analysis is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
