Job DescriptionLead and manage external audit engagements for a portfolio of clients from planning through completion.Plan audit assignments, allocate tasks, and monitor engagement progress in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).Review audit working papers, financial statements, and audit reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical guidance on audit, accounting, and financial reporting matters.Supervise, mentor, and evaluate audit team members, supporting their professional development.Ensure compliance with the firm's quality control, risk management, and independence policies.Support business development activities by maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to proposals.Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, auditing regulations, and tax requirements.Utilize audit tools and Microsoft Excel to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.6–8 years of experience in external audit.At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.Experience within a reputable audit or accounting firm is preferredProfessional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or ACA is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs).Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit/accounting software.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple audit engagements.
