Job Responsibilities:-Prepare and review shop drawings and production drawings for joinery, woodworks, wooden doors, and custom furniture.-Review IFC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents to ensure technical accuracy.-Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), quantity take-offs, cutting lists, and material requests.-Coordinate with Production, Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Planning, and Project teams to ensure smooth project execution.-Support factory operations by providing technical solutions and resolving production issues.-Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and document control procedures.-Optimize material utilization and propose value engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce cost.-Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation phases.Requirements-Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Applied Arts, Wood Technology, or a related field-5+ years of experience in Technical Office within Joinery, Woodworks, Furniture Manufacturing, or Fit-Out-Strong experience in shop drawings, production drawings, quantity take-off, BOM preparation, and technical coordination-Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)-Strong knowledge of joinery systems, furniture detailing, wood manufacturing processes, and materials-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills-Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) is preferred
