The business portfolio is driven by customer needs and continuously updated to exceed expectations and satisfaction.Role Description The AV Engineer will work on-site in Cairo, Egypt in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of audio-visual systems for commercial and enterprise projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include integrating digital signage, video walls, LED displays, projection systems, and conferencing solutions, as well as performing system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. The role involves collaborating with project managers, sales teams, and vendors to translate client requirements into effective AV solutions and documenting system designs, wiring diagrams, and configuration details. The AV Engineer will also provide technical support during and after deployment, conduct preventive maintenance, and train end users on AV systems operation and best practices. Participation in site surveys, adherence to safety and quality standards, and staying current with emerging AV technologies are integral to the position.QualificationsStrong expertise in Audio Visual (AV) Systems and AV Integration, with experience designing and deploying end-to-end AV solutions.Hands-on experience with Digital Signage and related display technologies, including LED screens and video projection.Proficiency in Video Conferencing solutions and collaboration platforms, including configuration and user support.Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for AV hardware, networking issues, and system interoperability.Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, switches, cabling) relevant to AV over IP implementations.Ability to read and create technical drawings, wiring schematics, and installation documentation.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in system integration, particularly within commercial or enterprise environments, is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site at client locations, occasionally outside standard
