Job SummaryWe are looking for a Specialist – Quality Assurance Process Engineer to ensure that incoming materials and supplier components meet quality standards before production. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards across manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage supplier quality performance and incoming quality assurance activities.Perform incoming inspections and ensure non-conforming materials do not enter production.Record and manage inspection results using SAP.Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.Lead and review 8D reports, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues.Facilitate RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) activities and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions.Supervise and support Incoming Quality Assurance technicians and inspectors in daily operations.Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews for the quality team.Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement process improvement initiatives.Develop and implement sampling plans and quality control procedures.Support compliance with company quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing environment.Experience in the Home Appliances, Automotive, Electrical Appliances, or similar industries is preferred.Strong knowledge of Supplier Quality Management and Incoming Quality Assurance processes.Experience with quality tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, RCCA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, and CAPA.Experience using SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).Good understanding of product safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.A collaborative team player who demonstrates integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
